WHAT SAY? OUR HAPPY CUSTOMERS ON "gOOGLE"

☆☆☆☆ Unfortunately, my experience with Lanova was disappointing. I purchased and had an exterior door custom-made for AED 16,900. During a home visit, their engineer scratched the door with a plastic piece of a car key to demonstrate the strength and quality of the material. However, he was surprised when the test left a clear mark that they couldn't remove. Ironically, the same key scratch test was shown to me in the showroom before my purchase to prove the door's quality and durability, while in reality, even the slightest scratch left a mark. Now they're asking me to bear part of the cost of replacing the exterior sheet, even though this particular mark was caused by their engineer. Regardless of the scratches on the door, the slightest impact leaves a mark. Unfortunately, the quality and after-sales service were not up to the standard I was promised before the purchase. I'm only giving one star to the engineer, Maher, for his respectful and professional manner. Note: The door itself is very good in terms of weight and smooth operation, but the exterior sheet is affected by even a light impact, and it's supposed to be an exterior door that can withstand the elements.
